Each coaching session is approximately 45 minutes and is done via the phone or Skype.
The best results are achieved with multiple sessions. Together we can focus on the blocks that are affecting your life the most. I will give you actions and hold you accountable. Sessions are used at your discretion, we can talk weekly, daily, monthly… whatever frequency serves you most.
